How to Submit a Print Shop Request

1.) Packaging your product for Printing
In order to maintain quality, PDF files are required for submission.
Need help creating a file or converting it to a PDF? 
Visit the resource area to the left on the screen.

2.) Submit your job through the online request from
The Online Print Request Form helps capture all the information needed to best quote and fill your request.

3.) Submitting your invoice for payment
Once the print shop issues your invoice via email, it must be submitted to the business office for payment in the form of a requisition or to the cashier’s office for cash, check or credit card payments.

4.) Processing your order
After payment has been received, the print process will begin. Turnaround time varies based on the order size and volume of work. We ask that you allow two (2) business days.

 5.) Order Pick Up
your order is complete, you will receive an email alerting your order is ready. Your order can be picked up during regular business hours of the print shop.
