HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT & CULINARY ARTS


The Hospitality Management Department consists of programs in Hospitality Management  and Culinary Arts. Students enrolled in these programs will gain thorough understanding in organizational management principles, develop leadership and management skills, and be able to understand and interpret the business setting while gaining practical experience in their respective field of study.

Culinary Arts Program

Associate of Science (66 semester hours)

The Culinary Arts program is designed to prepare students to break into a high energy, highly rewarding career in a number of culinary careers including chef, catering, food and beverage management, and restaurant management.

HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
B.S. (120 Semester Hours)

  • Objectives of the Hospitality Management Program are:
  • To provide students with a broad perspective of the hospitality organizations and their operations through sound management principles.
  • To offer a program of study designed to equip students with analytical tools based upon logic and critical thinking for decision- making.
  • To prepare students for responsible professional positions in various sectors of the Hospitality Industry.
