Saturday afternoon, the Livingstone College Blue Bears will compete against the Fayetteville State University Broncos at 1:30 p.m. inside Alumni Memorial Stadium, and after the game, several other Homecoming activities are scheduled for students and alumni.
But one of the best events of the week won’t occur until Sunday, when Livingstone holds its Second Annual Homecoming Gospel Brunch.
Since winning the softball Little League World Series on Aug. 19, the players on Rowan Little League have been treated like celebrities.
On Saturday, they’re serving as Honorary Grand Marshals of Livingstone’s Homecoming Parade.

The mission of the Livingstone College Pre-Alumni Council (LCPAC) is to assist in raising funds for the annual UNCF campaign, volunteer in the Office of Alumni Affairs, aid in recruiting students and represent Livingstone College in a positive manner both on and off the campus.
